Ich habe in Vollzeit bei Thomson Reuters gearbeitet (Über 3 Jahre)
Great team, great company culture. Possibilities to position change/promotion internally.
Some slight big company drawback, like number of meetings.
Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte mehr als 4 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im September 2018 bei Thomson Reuters (Gdynia (Polen)).
I've took part in a "Get job in one day" event, that is recruitment for a Data Analyst position, Finance & Risk Department, Pricing & Performance Team. Prior to this event an online presentation took place, where one had to record answers to a couple (~15-20) questions. There's 2 minutes for preparation and around 3 minutes for an answer. I don't know the exact questions, because I didn't record this in time. Instead I had a short phone screening with HR. Then I got invitation to the event. In the event there were 12 people, divided into 4 groups. At first there were presentation about Thomson Reuters and F&R Department. Then there was a job shadowing (a TR employee tells about his duties in this position). Later was test - a language test (write an email: official and semi-official), finance test (not strictly finance; you were given leaflets about two investment funds, and you have to answers a couple questions; all the information needed to answer those questions are in those leaflets), and an IQ test. Then there was actual interview. Rather standard interview, questions regarding my motivation and my previous work experience. Interview was entirely in English, as was phone screening and on-line presentation. Note that this was not an assessment centre, but standard interview. Also note that candidate's interest in job shadowing session was evaluated, so be interested (or pretend to be) by asking questions about duties, position and company in general.
