Pros

1. Flexible scheduling - can sub out lessons last minute if a conflict arises, on the flip-side, easily take on extra lessons in advance or last minute. It's amazing to work from home - comfortable and convenient, no commute.
2. Material is provided - so easy to complete the lesson with a minimal amount of preparation, yet there is flexibility to use your own teaching style to deliver materials.
3. Very rewarding work - the students are motivated and kind, and you get to learn about their culture and life experience all while helping them practice their English skills and gain confidence. I always end a lesson feeling more upbeat and connected than when I started.
4. EF technology is rapidly improving/advancing. They do a great job training, responding to, and engaging their teachers that are around the globe.
5. Conversation-based position - not a lot of administrative work, only the good stuff! There is a video feed but no need for props or any extras - everything is online.

Rat an das Management

Aside from the webinars already offered, it would be nice to receive some sort of professional development on teaching best practices etc for teaching English to non-native speakers. Also, bring back the youtube videos and help center.
