Comfortable, relaxed and open environment. Interviewed with 2 managers who were engaged and made the interview not as stressful. Asked the "basic" interview questions about my background and experience along with some more exploratory questions on my background. Allowed time in the interview for me to ask questions about the role, responsibilities and team/company culture. It helped that I had a colleague in my professional network in common with my interviewers, so that made process much smoother in my case.
