Ich arbeite in Vollzeit bei Cardinal Health (Über 3 Jahre)
PTO is alot. 2 paid breaks, 1 lunch. 401K match. Insurance is fair. Depending on the team your on you get paid holidays and holidays off.
Where to begin, We've lost 4 supervisors under 1 manager, not a good sign. Leads are leaving. Associates keep leaving. Tenured employee's keep leaving. running short staffed and forced mandatory half days. Leaving anywhere between 2am-5am at night the past month. Pay is not competitive. New bonuses for new hires but nothing for tenured employees. 2 teams on the same shift, one is favored more to get help than the other which is unfair to the employees.
Rat an das Management
Treat your employees like they are human. Bump the pay ALOT, not .50 cents, to make people want to stay and work. Hire in more people rather than the bare minimum. When people are hired for a "team" keep them on that team. Jump in and help upper management. Just be better its not that hard.

The interview was structured, but interactive. I was told I would be meeting with 3 people, but only met with one. They are a very good company to work for from what I could determine from the interview.
