   I recently had an interview at swissQuant for a Senior Front-End Developer position and wanted to share my experience. While I appreciate the opportunity to interview and the time spent in their office, I was disappointed by the communication process. After the interview, I was informed that I would receive feedback within a week, but unfortunately, I didn't hear anything back until nearly 9 months later. Clear communication is crucial in any professional setting, and I believe swissQuant could improve this aspect of their recruitment process. Providing timely updates, even if it's to communicate delays, can greatly impact candidates' experiences. I hope my feedback can be taken constructively to enhance the candidate experience in the future.
