As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Our team is seeking a versatile and curious technical program manager with a go-to-market mindset to enable, empower, and accelerate the incubation and productionization of new capabilities for meeting the privacy, safety, and security challenges faced by Google and its users.

Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholders and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria.
• Switch cadences between prototype incubation (open-ended fast iteration) and go-to-market delivery (cross-organization agreements, fixed timelines and road maps).
• Identify opportunities to improve program management processes and drive efficiencies.
• Develop in a dynamic team environment. Communicate, collaborate, and negotiate with internal and external partners from requirements to impactful results.
• Organize ambiguous projects into clear longer-term objectives, turning research ideation into real features.
