    Your role

    Do you want to play a vital role in shaping the future of how we work in an agile way? Do you have proven ability to drive organizational change, be it as a change agent, coach, advisor and mentor to teams as well as leadership? Are you a team player?     If the answer is YES - we’re looking for an Change Agent/Agile Coach to:
    • work with individuals, teams and streams to drive organizational transformation, adopt/improve our agile way of working and promote delivery of business value
    • work with the key roles across our streams and crews to increase team performance and overall effectiveness
    • facilitate learning and development through individual team coaching, trainings, and workshops on agile principles and values.
    • help teams identify and address any organizational, product-related or technical impediments and appropriately facilitate escalation and removal
    • coach our different roles (Crew and Stream Leads, Product Owners and Chapter Lead) in the skills of backlog management, people management and prioritization
    • enable collaboration across-teams and cross-departments and in helping identify and improve organizational-level challenges

    You will be a part of a young and dynamic team of Change Agent/Agile Coaches supporting different Streams around our Agile Delivery Organization. We have a strong collaboration within Personal & Corporate Banking in Switzerland.

    Your expertise

    • experience in working as an Agile Coach
    • experienced in training teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean with special interest in role based trainings like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Kanban Flow manager etc.
    • strong servant leader with a strong attitude of transparency
    • strong analytical skills to identify, structure and solve problems
    • ability to communicate effectively well within team, across teams and in larger community of practice, facilitate difficult discussions and agile ceremonies
    • enthusiastic and engaging, to be a source of motivation for individuals and teams and able to lead teams to self-organization
    • a strong sense of continuous improvement to continually be growing once’s own craft, learning new tools and sharing techniques across community
    • proficient in German and in English (written and spoken)
