About the job:

The Business Analyst role at JAHAN Geneve involves supporting administrative tasks, analyzing data, and contributing to project development. Ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, the position offers an opportunity to play a key role in optimizing business operations and driving organizational success.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• · Work with management, accounting, and suppliers to ensure accurate administrative records.
• · Contribute towards smooth relations with suppliers, clients (including intermediaries), and partners.
• · Support the development of new procedures and/or software systems.
• · Participate in and/or lead projects concerning, but not limited to, business development, product
• · Train new joiners.
• · Implement new business software we are configuring for back office and front office tasks.
• · Increase our on-line sales by improving our further with the help of technical specialists.
• · Optimise our sourcing channels.

Day-to-day tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• · Maintain accurate inventory records, including periodic checks.
• · Arrange exports and imports for and on behalf of Geneva Gem SA.
• · File and retrieve, both physically and electronically, all gemstone lab reports.
• · Transfer items between locations of interest. Ensure movements are reflected accurately in our systems.
• · Prepare weekly supplier reconciliations.
• · Create new items and update remodeled ones in our inventory systems according to procedures.
• · All other tasks and/or projects assigned by Geneva Gem SA directors and principals.
• · Create and maintain physical folders for all jewellery pieces according to procedure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Microsfot Suite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French.
