    Lack of private space in an open office restricts productivity to some level
    Could definitely work on keeping the office a little cleaner

    Pros

    The foremost thing that i liked about greedygame is their interview and on boarding process.

    The interview process includes one final round where the potential employee is required to work for a day at the company along with the rest of the team and solve a problem related to his/her domain.

    The advantage of this sort of interview is that the company gets a clear picture as to how the candidate solves a problem on the field and the candidate gets a clear picture as to how the company functions and how different people have to interact with each other So this works both ways.

    Once you are hired, the on boarding process includes meetings with one person from each team to give an idea of the company's collective goal to the candidate. This made it clear very early on about the company's vision and in what ways the candidate can help reach that vision.

    Learning curve is great because you get to solve problems which may not have been solved before and nobody knows how to solve them yet, so the only way is to figure it out yourself.

    You get to greatly influence the work culture by giving your ideas and setting up a structure that will then be followed by future employees.

    They encourage you to question everything and not start working unless you are clear about where your work will be used and how it will affect the entire company's future.

    The leadership team is very friendly and accommodating to help you reach your personal goals in your career. They encourage you to only take up something if it is aligns with your personal career goals.

    Kontras

    As it is in any other early stage startup, it is very fast paced and there can potentially be many ad hoc requests which have to be satisfied immediately, that might interrupt your normal workflow.

    Candidate must be open to rapid change, it is potentially possible that you might build some tech and scrap it a few days later if it does not seem to satisfy its purpose.

    It would be great if they can come up with a system to avoid ad hoc requests as much as possible and try not to interrupt normal workflow.

    Smooth interview process, and onboarding sessions with all team members happen individually, giving you a sense of clarity of the work all team members are involved in.

    Absolutely love the work I do over here! There’s something new to learn every day.

    The work culture at here is phenomenal. Apart from professional growth, personal development is also given importance which is highly commendable.

    The founding team is down to earth and always open to feedback.

    Monthly activities are interesting and fun to be part of!

    Surrounded by a smart and talented bunch of team members, which is extremely inspiring.
