      Pros

      Great office, great team, great culture. The environment is very supportive and the den already feels like a second home where one can work highly efficient and cooperative.

      Kontras

      A tiny bit of feedback on the contra side would be to improve the air ventilation in the smaller meeting rooms with now windows.

      Incredible onboarding on Vienna, they show clearly the company dna Nice management, althought most of them are new to the role. It seems that you can have a career path. It seems that middle management cares about the employees People are nice, very human and good vive

      Pros

      There are two main positives important to highlight for Bitpanda as an employer (from a person that is working there for almost an year now). All departments offer exciting projects where you receive the opportunity to grow fast and learn a ton as a graduate or to have a high degree of autonomy and flourish as an expert. Additionally, you are surrounded by the most vibrant community in Austria. Over the course of my graduate program, I have switched departments three times at Bitpanda already, and each time was excited to jump to the next challenge, supported by the colleagues around me.
