Micromanaging leadership has no clue how to organize a pipeline or utilize forecasting in Salesforce accurately; this is likely to mislead investors on what is really going on. Leadership picks and chooses what you are allowed to work in your area, is very rude to employees and talks negatively about other employees to employee’s peers. Tons of unnecessary fire drills, conference calls and team meetings that could be done virtually. No 401k. High turnover.
