Some truly great people there to work with (Only reason it gets a 2*) albeit the number is dwindling... Efficient release Schedules

Lack of care for employee well being. Long hours resulting in inadequate compensation. Expected to cover multiple roles when co-workers get let go. Product Owners work you until they don't need you then they either fire or let you go.
