Great start for anyone coming out of university that wants to be given an opportunity but treated with zero respect and no career planning or progression

There is no vision. the CEO's have no idea what they are doing, no understanding of how to run a multinational startup and no idea of intercultural team building. One top of that they promise the world, cannot offer and end up churning staff and put all their blame for lack of strategy on their staff members. They have developed a culture of robots. ANYONE WHO DARES OPPOSED IS CUT ASAP!!!!
