Great company to work for - IT Trainer bei iTrain Direct: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This is a fairly new company, and as such it still has that exciting 'start-up' feel. The Directors really care about the staff and want us to stay and grow with the company. Everyone's views are valued, and my suggestions are regularly taken forward by the team. It's a really friendly environment and we often go out for lunch and drinks. I have been given the opportunity to lead projects and I feel this is the right place for me career-wise. The company is growing and I'm gaining more experience than I maybe would at a larger company. It can be hard work, but it's very rewarding and I'm enjoying the work.

As a new company internal communication & procedures were lacking, but a lot of work has gone into this recently and I've seen big improvements.

There's a great team of highly motivated people at itrain direct who really know their jobs and are a pleasure to work with. My role is varied and exciting with no two days the same.

It's a shame that we don't get together often enough as we work in different locations. This can make commincation a challenge too.
