The overall vibe was pretty icky, and there are many agents and companies associated with this firm that are only engaged in recruitment---not selling real estate. This company will be a flash in the pan once the word gets out how they do business. Leadership promotes "resi-mmercial" salesmanship, a cross between selling residential real estate and commercial. The two industries are not the same, and they should be separate based on skill set.
