The salary structure is overly complicated, with a variable pay system and several unnecessary components that mostly benefit the company rather than the employees. The CEO and management staff are extremely arrogant and often treat employees like laborers. The company hires freshers and takes advantage of them by making them work for 6 months to 1 year without a stipend. After onboarding, they pay them for only 3–6 months and then terminate their employment.
