      Friendly employees but 2/3 employees leave organization every month.

      Many... 1. Top management (CEO and his brother) harass employees. Daily unplanned works are allocated and if not done employees are harassed by them. 2. Unnecessary work pressure has been created and impossible target is given. They dont care about work quality. Only quantity matters for them. 3. Employees are sacked without any notice. 4. No surety of getting salary every month. They dont pay last month's salary after resignation. 5. Mental Harassment, abusing, shouting and insulting employees are normal over here. 6. Horrible situation for software guy. They have to do many things apart from coding. 7. Only one project in hand so no job security. 8. No fixed process for the project. Every day rules are changed. 9. Many promises will be given before joining. After joining you will realise all are fake. 10. Working here is a psychological torture. Employees are told to give positive reviews.

      I am the Manager Human Resources and Accounts at the Kolkata office of Ematrix Knowledge Solution. Recent few months some numbers of extreme negative comments/ allegations are being put against the name of the company in a deliberate and a systematic manner. I am writing this to clarify that these are all factually incorrect and baseless allegations made with malicious intent by a former employee hiding under an anonymous identity.

      Nothing They are doing some illegal activity; like they are using all piracy OS and software even server software also

      CEO is from India and he is scolding Indian with some Slang language. CEO’s brother is not an employee in eMatrix Knowledge Solutions, but he is coming to office and illegally he is doing mental harassment. He is trying to be the owner of this company, he is making daily basis new plan to sack employee for that he is doing unnecessary harassment and blaming to someone else. He is calling some employee from other company to work in eMatrix, actually that employee can’t work same time in both company. If you join then don’t expect your full salary and after resign you can’t expect release letter, both brother will start giving new work and last day they will start handover process and trying to blame and then they will threat like police case FIR or police investigation etc. In this company actually no software work, if any software resource joins then they will start giving some other work except software work.
