Constant control over all areas of life, humiliation, and incomprehensible tasks. They don't even have a normal website or social media. Everything is done in strict secrecy. People get fired for nothing, depends on the mood of the boss. His behavior is usually hysterical. In the beginning, he contacts you personally and promises you a lot, it seems like a dream job. But very quickly it becomes clear that it’s not. The pay isn’t that much, they have a lot of remote employees from different countries for whom it is a lot of money. But believe me, you can find a better job.
