Remote environment. Average benefits package but nothing stellar. Your mileage will vary as far as the day-to-day goes as some teams are incredible and some have been the worst teams I have ever been apart of in any company

Loss of contracts and running out of work. They made their bed with the state government contracts and have failed to successfully secure and maintain any outside of the state of Indiana. There is almost no commercial work and since I started they have lost several contracts for various reason. Leadership made their bed with Mike Braun and they struggle to pivot from State Government work which really makes you worry when the state is slashing funds and they keep losing work. I would seriously consider looking elsewhere unless you are desperate as the company is shrinking and letting people go as they continue to lose contracts.
