Management are bullies and tell lies. Don't have an opinion or express your own views, if you do, you will be bullied. You're treated like a child at school with the micro-managing. Advertised as hybrid, if you take annual leave, that is used as your work from home day. They enjoy you being in the office so they can micro-manage you. They're not flexible and do not have any compassion. Do not believe the lies in your interview. Its a very "clicky" environment and if your face doesn't fit. You can't do anything right and will be pushed out of the company. Personal information is not personal, it is gossiped about.
