Creative individuals who are as comfortable inside the box as outside can thrive here. There is a great appreciation for work/life balance - but not for slackers. Do your part and the flexibility/rewards can grow from there.

It can very easily become a 24/7 job. You have to know how to step back.

When I was there, a high quality group of people across most departments that were really invested in improving the lives of people with diabetes. The original start up team and those that led it through it's first five years of growth were stellar.

IT has always been the company's achilles heel. Can't function as a tech company if you don't have the people or backbone to support it. The company was bought out by an India-based media company a few years ago, and seem to have dropped off the radar since.
