-Toxic environment. -Everybody buries each other constantly behind each others backs..two-face/rumor culture. - Barely any projects to work on and the ones that come in are bottom of the barrel. -Management includes huge drama queen that has no clue how to run a department / deal with people or clients and attempts to get people fired weekly based on mood. - Ownership has no idea what's happening in their own company. - Everybody feels like there is a piano hanging over their head daily. - Employee turnover is non stop. - All good clients refuse to work with company due to shady business practices.
