Our management aims to give timely and relevant information to our employees to keep them abreast with the business situation. I also encourage you to communicate regularly with your manager to clarify your doubt better. In ams OSRAM, promotion is based on job size and performance.       Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
