      Pros

      Workload is fair. Environment can be stressful at times but is generally relaxed in terms of when you come and go. A decent mix of new and old dev. A fun team that works together well. Cool office and location. Regular snacks.

      There are a lot of projects so in busier times you might be switching between a couple of different things.

      Pros

      Being a public company the communication between employees and executives is refreshing. Benefits and salary are up to today's standards but the flexibility to work from home is excellent.

      My colleagues were very nice, the few that I had.

      Poor management, lack of communication, so-so pay. I was eventually laid off with no notice or severance. Very insulting.
