The company puts great energy and effort into a show of care for employees through various performance management systems, employee surveys and improvement initiatives. The reality is that employees feel under constant severe scrutiny, and rightly because they are under that scrutiny. Management will be swift in cutting, it's a culture of shoot first and ask questions later.
