I liked all my colleagues, everyone was very polite and kind when speaking to me, creating a friendly encouraging working environment. The projects were varied and interesting allowing me to develop my style and make the designs my own. They made sure I was putting time into training, supporting this with a subscription to Skillshare and allotted time during work hours to learn new skills and software of my choosing. My manager created a positive working environment, through always being available and giving me constructive feedback which helped me to grow as a designer. I like how Xexec constantly moves forward seeing where changes can be made to improve the company.
