Where do I begin? Salary is low but still higher (/k) than the IQ of some of the people in management. Principal and Managing Consultants are not serious at all! So much swearing and inappropraite conversations. So much back biting and hatred for colleagues which they openly admit to other colleagues. Haven't met 1 person who ain't nosey cos there is somebody who will be looking over your shoulder to see what you are doing on your laptop or asking you questions constantly about what you are doing. Nobody can mind there own business. If you want to work here as an associate then think again because you will end up hating it after 6 months - 1 yr. Difficult to move up the ladder. IMPORTANT: Don't work here if you are smart because the people around you are very jealous and do not want to see you achieve more than them! I have seen many examples of this!
