Pros
Offices locations are great! Witbe has some big clients throughout the US and Canada so nice opportunity to work with big great companies, and obviously you get to travel a lot inside and outside US (if you like it, it’s great!).
Kontras
Witbe employs French Engineers only (do not try to apply if you’re American), since it’s way cheaper and hence salaries are pretty low. French and American needs in the market are different, not to mention the culture. So having only French people in the team does not help for the management which is almost in pain right now. Company culture is also bad or should I say needs to be created since there is no after work events, no company events, none of the birthdays are celebrated, really nothing initiated by the managers.
