Where do I start? The pay mostly. The fact that managers look at all employees the same - your yearly review/raise is basically the same as any slack workers. If you are someone who cares about your job, puts in the extra effort as you watch fellow employees play on their phones all day and completely mess up any little work they do get around to doing - don't expect to be given any extra raise or anything. It's all the same.
