good pay but not worth it

When I worked at Webcom I always felt unappreciated, stressed and overworked not that the job was difficult but the management were always putting road blocks up, for example data collection systems that did not work, putting policies in that did not make sense and buying equipment that did not fit in or work properly. Then they would blame employees for their poor investments. They also created a very cut throat environment. You are also not guaranteed any hours or shifts. They are always canceling and changing your shifts.

I'm very sorry to hear that your experience at Webcom was so negative. I'm not sure when you left Webcom, but we have made several changes to our management team to help improve accountability, effective workflow, and the culture. We have seen an improvement in morale with these changes, so it is too bad that you didn't get to experience some of the positive improvements. Thank you for sharing your perspective so that others can consider it when deciding about whether or not to join the Webcom team.
