Everyone is very nice and the work load is fairly normal for the industry. I didn't have to work much overtime unless I wanted to. There were a couple periods of about 3 months where we were strongly encouraged to put in extra hours (mostly everyone did), and it was a team effort from all levels to get all the work done. People got along very well and would joke around. Definitely set the bar high for work culture.

Your experience depends largely on how good your supervisor is at their job. While the overall work culture is good, some supervisors are not as clear with their instructions or will micromanage.

Company birthday celebrations, company anniversary parties, holiday parties, decent pay, nice office, specialized in what they do, good performance bonuses, the opportunity for growth. Low turnaround for employees. Overall people are nice and this can be a fun place to work.

Very profit-minded. People will be laid off to make a profit. The cycle of hiring and laying off people happens often. The focus on parking structures only makes the company risky when the parking market is down. They are not able to adjust into other design sectors easily when the parking market is down. Expect to work lots of overtime as a salaried employee. Expect lots of meetings, lots and lots of meetings. Even meetings about when to have a meeting.
