      Good people who recognized when you were doing well at your job. I enjoyed working in the cosmetics department and interacting with the regular customers. It became like a family.

      pay was decent I guess

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
