I have consistently received support and resources from management and my coworkers, which has allowed me to effectively assist our customers and resolve their issues. The company culture values professionalism and customer satisfaction, and I am proud to be a part of a team that upholds these standards. I have personally experienced growth and development in my technical skills and customer service abilities during my time with WPEngine. While the salary may be lower than at other companies, the opportunity for professional growth and the positive company culture make up for it. One of the main cons, is the salary. While the opportunity for professional growth and the positive company culture are major perks of working in tech support, the salary does not always reflect the important work that we do. It is my hope that management will consider increasing the salary for the tech support department to better recognize the value that we bring to the company. Despite this, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working in tech support and am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such a dedicated team.
