You get to work on some huge multi million digital pound transformation briefs which affect thousands of/ millions of users. Full end-to-end capabilities from design through to BA and development, all done in house. Lots of learning opportunities by working with people with different skill sets.
Kontras
Very old employee systems and annoying VPN restrictions can make doing the day to day stuff more difficult than it needs to be. Infosys offshore teams can be difficult to work with and cut a lot of corners in the development so need a lot of guidance.
