Pros
The work-life balance is pretty good. You don't often work on the weekends. The benefits are not bad either. The office is located right at BART which is nice, but it is still Oakland which isn't as nice as the San Francisco location. Good for a career starter if you don't stay too long.
Kontras
The company has potential to be a good place to work, but it lacks focus. There are strategic imperatives and road maps and core values, but they don't feel real. The various departments all seem to going in their own direction without much coordination or focus coming from the executives. There is way too much admin work that produces no value except to make the lawyers happy. There is a lot of burn out and people aren't engaged because they don't feel empowered (and are not empowered) to do things that matter.
