Company does make an effort into developing employees via constantly providing wide range of trainings and coaching.

Lack of focus in management objectives for the longer term towards employees and customers, therefore there is a lot of insecurity and demotivation with employees and a high level of dissatisfaction with customers. Level of communication and social skills of management/founders are very low...this makes it hard to work for this company!
