They have a demerit system where if you call in sick, you get a demerit. You miss any time from work, you get a demerit. So they reward you with their perfect attendance program, and penalize you for when you actually need to stay home to recover. Management lets you sink and blames you for lack of results. I'd seriously avoid this place though the people on the floor who you are working with every day are a lot of fun and we crack a lot of jokes.
