The organization was fun at the beginning and as it matured. Archive and image exchange was built for heavy duty volume and the organization had lots of successes.

Management Turnover is consistent since the start, legacy employees weren't valued and most aren't there any more, management can't be wrong, organization can't sell, owners have conflicting interests and priorities which impact project/priority/strategy stops and starts.
