They will lie to you about pretty much everything during the interview. Unless you have something on paper, everything they say is a lie. Communication skills of the management is very bad, you'll have no idea what's going on and what's going to happen. If you don't have a guaranteed 40 on paper they will only get you working once a month. They don't believe in training their people, so if you plan to advance this isn't the place for you.
