Communication is awful. Too many resources scattered where people ask the same questions over and over again. Hiring managers power trip instead of hiring people to staff openings. HR is non-existent and hiring leaders are able to break so many interviewing rules and nothing happens. Recruiters have to be the ones to coach leaders who don’t listen or respect what is being shared. Leadership coddles them or they’re scared.
