they honor OTs and holidays and give compensation for it. Understanding and genuine colleagues

head is always discontented though you hit targets and performing well(based on their evaluation too) it will go up and up, and eventually turn into micromanaging nothing you do is enough, and they won't accept factual reasons. Communication with the CEO is like talking to a brick wall he only listens to himself lol.
