The CEO of this former company and his clown alley c-suite all took huge payoffs to sell the company to Thoma Bravo in 2021, not even two years after bragging about their pride as a small-town startup to local news.
Dozens of hard-working employees were kicked to the curb in favor of cheap offshore labor. Clients were left without the support they had grown accustomed to. Those who remain were forced to pick up the slack with no increase in pay. He could've stood up for us, hell, he could've reached out after we were all fired, but he did NOTHING for us. He's a coward who took the money and ran.
I wish this company and Majesco nothing but the worst.
