Then, grew to the point of opening up an Autism Learning Center in Morris. The founder, Jamie Hitchins, is a BCBA and has an extensive background in education. She was tired of cutting through the red tape necessary to help kids which is why she founded the company to begin with. When Jamie hires someone, she's not just looking for them to fill a temporary role. She's looking at how she can cultivate your skills and abilities and passions to help grow the company. UABL is a big believer in growing from within and developing new talent. I love coming to work everyday. I love the kiddos I work with and the people I work alongside. Most important for me -- I genuinely believe in what we are doing and how we are doing it. The kids that come into the center are -kids- first and foremost. There is a heavy value placed on their childhood experience and protecting the future we know they can have.
