It is the old guys network which is stuck with Siemens attitude. Many guys haven't work outside "Siemens". You get the feeling that you are without guidance. Locations are competing each other while they are supposed to cooperate. The processes are too many and bureaucratic. New employees are not treated the same way financially, they really can get you cheap (30%-40% variation). Except for some private insurance (do not really know if it is good) and one Xmas coupon, no benefits at all. The company is getting smaller..
