They do not micro manage

A lot of drive time

There are no Pros to working at UBuildIt Edmond. It was the absolute WORST job I ever had.

If I could give NO STARS, I would. Not one person in a Management position has the proper training to manage people. The owner is an egomaniac with a juice problem. He would walk into the building whistling and seemingly happy and within minutes he's screaming and yelling at people. The in-house lawyer (and H.R.) told me that I had to come up with a way to bring in money. I wasn't sure what that meant until I found out that the in-house home designer gives the owner a kick-back, (as well as most of their vendors). It's a Pay-to-Play business if you deal with the owner. I don't know exactly how corrupt this company is but it is very immoral and unethical business.
