Company provided training prior to starting on support line. They did have chat and other techs to give feedback or answers to issues that may have not come across.

Pay rate low compared to other institutions. Lunch breaks too short. Only give you a half hour. No paid time off if you are a contractor. Only if mandated by law in your state for sick leave.
