      Pros

      de constante verandering van werk omgeving is wel fijn. Ook kunnen de cliënten in een goede bui zijn en vertellen ze geweldige verhalen van vroeger. Je kunt je eigen werk tempo bepalen zolang alle taken maar afkomen. En het geluk van de oudere als alles schoon is maakt de dag weer goed.

      Helaas is de communicatie met het kantoor wel heel slecht. Voor je bij cliënten komt weet je eigenlijk niks van het ziektebeeld waardoor er soms ongemakkelijke situaties gedaan. Ook is het regelmatig een grote chaos bij het kantoor waardoor regelmatig de planningen niet kloppen of je geen reactie krijgt op mails. Ook is de uren registratie nog op papier dit kost veel tijd en is soms heel verwarrend.

      Contact with the clients is what makes this work great.

      Contact with the planning staff and coordinator is not always good, frustrating at times. They are short in staff and very busy during holiday season.
