Pros

Very little to say that is positive about the company. Many of the lower level employees had good attitudes, that's about it, even though they themselves very much disliked working there.

Kontras

Horrible treatment of employees. Production employees are typically required to work upwards of 90 hours per work (7 days per week required, never a day off). Effectively earning less than minimum wage. All employees make very little salary even for high responsibility positions. Turtle Entertainment America: Severely under staffed requiring unrealistic amounts of work per employee. CEO (America) has major behavioral problems.

Pros

Well priced and competitive benefits for being an entertainment company, and faster availability than any company I've worked with before Company is growing and sincerely trying to grow smartly and effectively. New members of the team want to deliver better work life balance. Consistently hear things to the contrary of previous posts regarding long hours, such as "You can't require them to work X hours" The Job Market elsewhere in Los Angeles from my experience is not as willing to listen to their employees to make the product and experience better. Really relaxed dress, hoodies and jeans are pretty much a standard Cool projects that you will be working on and with Company stressing better interactions within the organization

Kontras

Some growing pains here and there, lets be honest how many companies aren't experiencing when paving something unseen before There are some attitudes that can drag you down, but most of the employees want to be the best at what they do Moral is not the best, but it does seem to be changing a bit There's still the mentality of "well, that's ESL"
