Once you pass probation upper management doesn't seem to care how you perform your job. No real consequences for employees who constantly call in or do not do their job effectively. Putting more work on the other employees which creates a hostile work environment and resentment over time. It's like being in high school with the cliques that are present. Gossip is rampant- upper management shares information with staff who have no business reason to have the information, other than gossip.
