There isn’t much else to consider a true “pro,” especially for new graduates.

Extremely outdated systems that make simple tasks way harder than they should be. Constant stress, poor communication, and very little support from management. High turnover, especially with new grads who either get laid off quickly or leave on their own because the job becomes too draining. Every season feels more exhausting, and nothing ever improves.
